Casing Hand

This position is on call 24/7. Your availability must allow you to be at our Williston shop within a one-hour notice. This position includes but is not limited to:

  • Showing up on time and being fit for duty;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Inspecting and loading casing tools;
  • Securing loads and hooking up trailers;
  • Fueling trucks and trailers;
  • Driving to and from location;
  • Rigging up and rigging down casing tools to the rig floor; and
  • Tailing pipe, boxing pipe, latching elevators and pulling slips.

Casing Operator

This position is on call 24/7. Your availability must allow you to be at our Williston shop within a one-hour notice. This position includes but is not limited to:

  • Showing up on time and being fit for duty;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Pre-trip inspection of crew, equipment and vehicles;
  • Journey management/getting crew and tools safely to and from location;
  • Conducting Job Safety Analysis before conducting work;
  • Overseeing rig up and rig down;
  • Rigging up and running Volant CRT;
  • Operating AllTorques computer monitoring systems;
  • Overseeing all basic casing operations and delegating casing crews while continuously identifying any and all potential hazards that may arise and have the ability to problem solve and fix hazards or issues; and
  • Ensure that safety policies and procedures are being upheld while the integrity of the job is being met.

Rack Hand

This position includes but is not limited to:

  • Showing up on time and being fit for duty;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Loading propane, lumber, protector bags and verifying necessary equipment is present on the rack truck prior to each job;
  • Fueling trucks and solvent tanks, driving to and from locations, pulling thread protector caps and inspecting all threads; and
  • Cleaning, drifting, strapping, and tallying casing.

Rack Operator

This position is on call 24/7.  Your availability must allow you to be at our Williston shop within a one-hour notice. This position includes but is not limited to:

  • Showing up on time and being fit for duty;
  • Pre trip inspection of crew, equipment and trucks;
  • Journey management: getting crew and trucks safely to and from location;
  • Conducting Job Safety Analysis before conducting work;
  • Must be Loader certified and be able set up pipe racks and work sites safely and efficiently for rack crew;
  • Delegating truck traffic on and off location while safely and efficiently unloading and moving casing;
  • Creating 100% accurate casing tallies to be submitted to company man; and
  • Overseeing the entire racking operation making sure all safety policies and procedures are being upheld while the integrity of the job is being met.

Shop Hand

This position includes but is not limited to:

  • Showing up on time and being fit for duty;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Available from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday;
  • Hook up trailers, unload trucks and tools safely;
  • Drive to and from location to pick-up or drop-off tools or personnel;
  • Clean tools, trucks and shop;
  • Change tires and perform basic oil and fuel changes on trucks and power units;
  • Be able to see what needs to be done and prioritize and perform work accordingly; and
  • Must be able to retain information and procedures performed on a daily basis while being willing to take directions and orders from shop foreman and mechanics.

Mechanic

This position includes but is not limited to:

  • Showing up on time and being fit for duty;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Available from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional work after-hours and on weekends;
  • Be able to efficiently and effectively diagnose and fix problems on Dodge 6.7 turbo diesel trucks;
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance logs of our fleet and delegating duties to ensure trucks are maintained and safe for use;
  • Be able to work alone and take the initiative to find problems and fix them independently.
  • Available for roadside and onsite mechanical emergencies.
