CRT Services
The Volant CRT is the industry leader because it is the safest and most efficient equipment used to run casing. The tool is mechanically operated, requiring fewer workers, equipment, and effort to run casing for your drill site. The CRT is the most widely used CRT tool for casing and drilling in the industry. This easy-to-use, mechanically operated equipment requires fewer workers and equipment on the rig floor which decreases liabilities and risk of injury. GST Casing provides Volant CRTs in sizes ranging from 4.5” to 13 3/8”.
Torque Turn Services
GST Casing uses AllTorque equipment to operate and monitor torque and turn to verify every connection. Providing real time data and torque. AllTorque’s technology calibrates load cells to <0.1%, ensuring the most accurate reading. This plug-and-play equipment makes training simple and operations efficient and easy. GST Casings’ top priority is the integrity of your casing string.
CLEAN DRIFT & TALLY SERVICES
GST Casing hands clean both box end and pin ends with Mineral Spirits, an environmentally friendly solvent ensuring clean threads for every connection. We use our casing knowledge and experience to inspect thread compatibility and ensure every accessory is the right fit and is ready to run casing. We have a wide range of API drifts. Drifting ensures each joint is free of obstructions and within API drift tolerances. We utilize standard tally methods to ensure precision. We’ll provide you with a 100% accurate tally sheet along with a hard copy and digital copy.
TORQUE RING INSTALLATION
GST Casing is trained and certified to install Premiere torque rings. This innovative patented technology provides a premium connection performance at a significantly reduced cost. These torque rings provide shouldered makeups identical to a premium connection and are API certified. This allows strings to be rotated and reciprocated at a significantly greater torque value without thread damage. GST Casing is working with Premiere and can give you options on any string to provide you the best shouldered connection for your casing run.
